About The Book
In the book Stone Fox Grandfather gets ill and Willy wants to take care of him. Willy thinks Grandfather is sick because of the potato crop. Grandfather is really worried about the taxes, and Willy finds that out when the tax collecter comes by. They owe $500 in taxes. Willy enters the race to pay back the money. When the race comes Willy is in the lead, but Stone Fox is gaining on him. When Willy gets ten feet from the finish line Searchlight
